Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support an automotive service department in Tucson, Arizona. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communication, and keeping service-related information organized. The role blends front-line customer interaction with administrative support to ensure a smooth and attentive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls courteously, providing timely assistance and directing requests to the appropriate service team members.
• Place outbound calls as needed to confirm appointments, share updates, and follow up on customer questions related to service visits.
• Enter and maintain service-related orders and customer information accurately within internal systems and records.
• Welcome customers and provide attentive support for service department needs, helping create a positive experience from arrival through completion.
• Coordinate communication between customers and service personnel to keep expectations clear and updates consistent.
• Monitor service inquiries and resolve routine issues efficiently while escalating more complex concerns when necessary.
• Assist with vehicle lot and service area support tasks that help maintain an organized, customer-ready environment.
• Contribute to day-to-day departmental operations by completing administrative and customer service duties as priorities shift.
