Customer Service Rep, Spanish Customer Service
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 5 Customer Service Reps for a long term contract in Tucson, AZ. Work will be onsite in Tucson, AZ. Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $16/hr.
Candidates will be assisting customers in person and over the phone to provide information about program eligibility. Must keep accurate records of customer interactions and may contact customers to notify them of investigation results or planned adjustments. Candidates must have Customer Service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred candidates will be bilingual in Spanish.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Tucson area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
