In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our service customers, helping schedule appointments, answer service-related questions, provide updates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for helping customers.

Job Responsibilities
**** Answer inbound calls and online inquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance
* Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
* Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and declined services
* Communicate service updates and assist customers with service-related questions
* Perform outbound customer retention calls and appointment reminders
* Maintain accurate customer records and update information in dealership systems
* Support service advisors and the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Assist with customer satisfaction follow-up and service campaigns

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
