Registered Dental Hygienist - RDH

We are a private, dentist-owned practice is expanding to the Oro Valley area.. Our office focuses on high-standard clinical care and genuine long-term patient relationships built on trust and exceptional service. Our goal is that each patient leaves our office having had an enjoyable and memorable dental experience.

We are looking for a part-time exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• No corporate pressure or production quotas — quality patient care comes first.
• A schedule that respects you and your patients — single-column hygiene, 60-minute prophys and 90-minute SRP appointments.
• No clocking out for cancellations and patients arriving more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled.
• A supportive dentist who values your clinical judgment and encourages collaboration and co-diagnosis.

• Modern technology including digital charts, ultrasonic instrumentation and intraoral cameras.
• Continuing education and professional growth are encouraged.

$50- $53, negotiable based on experience and certifications

• Holds an active Arizona RDH license
• Has efficient and effective time management
• Provides thorough, gentle, high-quality periodontal and preventive care
• Communicates well and enjoys educating patients
• Values long-term patient relationships
• Brings a positive, cheerful, team-first attitude to work

• $50 - $53 per hour
