We’re currently seeking a Learning Architect to join our Headquarters team! In this role as a Learning Architect you will help create outstanding instructional content. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated, creative individual with a solid understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning theory and a passion for learning and teaching. With guidance and input from the Manager of Learning and others on the team, the Learning Architect will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create a wide variety of materials to train Mister employees nationwide.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct skills gap analyses and determine training solutions
• Write clear, focused learning objectives and design content and assessments that align with them
• Translate complex topics into simple, easy‑to‑understand training materials
• Create print and digital training materials that adhere to brand standards and our audience’s needs
• Conduct research and work with subject matter experts to gather data and verify facts and information
• Manage your project timelines

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, etc.)
• 3+ years’ experience with eLearning course development
• Relentless attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain focus on the big picture
• Strong interpersonal skills and curious nature
• A love of learning and a desire to help others succeed
• A team‑player attitude
• Comfort with course-authoring software (e.g., Articulate 360) and Microsoft Office
• Experience with independently managing project timelines
