We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in Tucson, Arizona
. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek
• Very light call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $240,000 – $320,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a quality bonus
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
