Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joint in AZLocated in Tucson, Arizona Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Joint Fellowship training to join group.

• 60% outpatient and 40% surgical
• Practice and ER call required
• Patient census: average 25 patients per clinic day and 812 surgeries per week

Compensation & Benefits:
• Range: $475-630K
• Base Salary + Productivity
• Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
• After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity;
  No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
• Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
• Possible Relocation Assistance
• CME: 5K
