Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventative health

• Educate patients and families on wellness, early detection, and disease management

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA license required

• Passion for practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
