Required Skills:

• Board certification or equivalent in Cardiology
• Proven experience in interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Strong knowledge of STEMI protocols and emergency cardiovascular care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills and clinical judgment

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with 24-hour STEMI call coverage
• Familiarity with hospital-based emergency response systems
• Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Catheterization Laboratory techniques

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience in interventional cardiology
• Prior experience with permanent placement opportunities is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 24-hour STEMI call (beeper only)
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift timings
• Active medical license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
