• Full-time, employed opportunity with a rapid ramp-up—walk into a busy, referral-rich environment
• 60% outpatient / 40% surgical mix for a balanced and engaging schedule
• Average 25 patients per clinic day and 8–12 surgeries per week
• Practice call required (shared, manageable schedule)
• Supported by the Joint Replacement Center, certified in knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures
• Access to advanced technology including MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• On-campus location for seamless transitions between clinic, OR, and inpatient care

• MD or DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
• Team player with strong clinical and communication skills

• Physician-led practice model with clinical autonomy
• In-house marketing and business development support to build your practice
