The Physician, Allergist is a vital part of our clinical staff, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction, practicing precision in allergy testing and treatment for patients 2 years old and above, sharing responsibility with peers, and exemplifying integrity. The Physician will mentor clinical staff, leading by example.

Clinic Locations & Schedule

The schedule will be determined later in the recruiting process. Clinics operate Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with no evenings or weekends. The ideal setup for this role is coverage three days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee and manage food and environmental allergy testing using Percutaneous and Intracutaneous methods.
  • Deliver quality care during assessment, physical exam, and treatment planning.
  • Diagnose and treat allergic or immunologic conditions.
  • Administer Oral Immunotherapy and SCIT injections.
  • Order or perform diagnostic tests such as skin pricks, intradermal, Patch, etc.
  • Intake and assess new patients.
  • Request necessary history and treatment plans from outside providers when indicated.
  • Create individual care plans for new patients.
  • Conduct medical assessments and follow-ups.
  • Set an example of compassionate and knowledgeable care.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Allergy/Immunology and communicate relevant information to other providers.
  • Oversee midlevel providers in practice.
  • Participate in meetings as requested by the medical director.
  • Manage appropriate caseload and complete charting within 48 hours of patient visits.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose, manage, and evolve patient care.
  • Travel to assigned sites.
  • Provide mentorship to clinical staff.
  • Develop relationships with referring providers and the local medical community.
  • Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship representative to build credibility and market Aspire.
  • Adhere to standard metrics related to testing, treatment, and IOP conversions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Education and Experience
  • MD/DO with a minimum of two years of experience in Allergy.
  • Experience in food allergy, including food challenges.
  • Licensed as an MD or DO in the state of the assigned clinic location.
  • Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Allergy/Immunology.
  • Valid driver’s license.
