Our physicians are known for technical excellence, clinical depth, and a shared commitment to patient‑centered care. The group culture is collegial, energetic, and transparent, with a strong emphasis on long‑term partnership and professional growth.

The Practice

ViP is an exclusively physician‑owned IR practice specializing in Body IR, Neuro Interventional Radiology, and Endovascular Neurosurgery. The group maintains a robust footprint across both hospital‑based and outpatient settings, including:

  • Comprehensive hospital coverage at Arizona’s largest academic qua ternary referral center
  • Multiple additional hospital and procedural sites across the region
  • A high‑volume outpatient office‑based lab (OBL)

Our flagship hospital partner is a Level I trauma center and multi‑organ transplant center (liver, kidney, pancreas, heart) and serves as the primary teaching site for an IR/DR residency program. ViP physicians hold faculty appointments, participate in medical school education, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at national meetings—while maintaining a strong private‑practice identity.

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of post‑training experience are preferred
, though motivated new graduates with strong clinical foundations are encouraged to apply.

  • Women’s health interventions (UFE, pelvic venous disease)
  • Complex biliary and genitourinary procedures
  • Vertebral augmentation
  • Image‑guided biopsies and drain placements
  • Stroke and neurovascular intervention (optional; not required for all candidates)

Our experienced PAs and NPs
, many with deep IR and NIR backgrounds, allow physicians to focus on high‑value clinical and procedural work. Dedicated nursing, medical assistants, schedulers, and administrative staff provide the infrastructure needed to deliver excellent care efficiently in a complex healthcare environment.
