Requirements The need includes Regular time (8am - noon) that will include 5-10 procedures in the hospital Monday - Friday. No clinic time is expected. Call to follow onsite hospital time Feel free to shoot me a message. It's my goal to get this wrapped up in the next few days. Must have active Arizona license and DEA. Must have clear record.
