Position Overview:
Ready for your next great career step as a School Counselor? Cross Country Education is looking for a dedicated School Counselor for a unique, part-time role to provide in-person counseling services to students only requiring 1 hour of in-person service per week in Tucson, AZ for the ’25–’26 school year!
- Deliver scheduled, in-person counseling services (30‑minute weekly individual sessions) to a small caseload of two 6th‑grade students, focusing on advancing their social‑emotional growth and academic success.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive case documentation of all counseling interactions, progress monitoring, and referrals, ensuring compliance with school, district, and professional ethical standards.
- Consult and advise school staff regarding student behavioral and emotional support needs, and actively collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement comprehensive student well‑being plans.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree (Required)
- Valid Arizona Licensure as an ADE School Counselor, ADE School Social Worker, or related Clinical/School Mental Health Professional (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, PCPC, or School Psych)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience providing counseling services with students (Preferred)
- Top Compensation:
Earn up to $40.30 – $49.50 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a School Counselor, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
