Special Education Teacher

Marmalade Skies is a warm, supportive educational center serving neurodivergent students (primarily mild–moderate autism) in grades K–8. We provide 1:1 and small‑group instruction in reading, writing, and math— and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled educator to join us full‑time.

Salary: $38,000 to $41,000 per year, DOE

Full‑time
; in person. Located at 1011 N. Craycroft Road.

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group instruction in reading, writing, and math
• Build positive relationships with students and families
• Collaborate with your teammates to keep learning fun, structured, and individualized

• Background in special education
  , elementary education
  , or related field
• Experience working with neurodivergent students (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.)
• Warm, patient communication style
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability and professionalism
• Someone who wants to make a difference and have a healthy, balanced life outside of work
