Join Crossover as a Learning Experience Facilitator at Unbound Academy, a fully virtual, tuition‑free charter school serving students in grades 4–8. Earn $60,000 per year ($30 per hour, 40 hours a week).

Unbound Academy is Arizona’s first virtual, tuition‑free charter school that replaces worksheets with experiential learning. Students work on core academics for two concentrated hours each day using AI‑driven tools, while the rest of the day is devoted to immersive workshops that cultivate life skills, intellectual curiosity, and self‑assurance.

• Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and problem‑solving
• Providing one‑on‑one and small‑group mentorship to cultivate confidence, self‑direction, and executive function in students
• Leveraging platform data to customize support and monitor student progress consistently
• Working alongside other educators to refine and develop project‑based learning experiences
• Building a secure, energizing environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop

• Instructing core academic subjects—those are managed by AI tutors
• Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining a traditional classroom structure
• Grading student work or preparing standardized lesson plans

Lead transformative, real‑world learning experiences that support student growth and life readiness within a flexible, fully virtual school environment.

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Strong virtual facilitation skills; comfortable leading sessions via video
• Availability for full‑time work (Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm Arizona time)
• Able to start within 2–3 weeks
• Enthusiastic about working in a tech‑forward, student‑centered educational model

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
