Alpha is committed to transforming education, and we are seeking an exceptional leader to unlock new possibilities for our learners. If you excel at developing high‑performing teams and are deeply committed to innovative youth development, this opportunity offers a platform for meaningful, lasting impact.

This position provides both the independence and resources necessary to elevate our advanced learning model. Grounded in learning science and driven by adaptive technology, we are challenging conventional boundaries in education. Your expertise is essential to realizing this vision.

You will serve as the driving force, the coach, and the strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who motivate rather than merely instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing everything from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating outstanding facilitation techniques.

Picture merging your exceptional coaching skills with a genuine dedication to youth development. Picture guiding a team that empowers our students to not only achieve but flourish – discovering untapped abilities and essential life competencies. If you have exceeded expectations, revitalized underperforming initiatives, or accomplished what others deemed unattainable, you belong here.

What makes Alpha distinctive?

  • Strong compensation – we believe education careers should not require financial sacrifice.
  • Comprehensive benefits and leave – we prioritize our team's well‑being with robust benefits and paid time off.
  • Culture of development and learning – we embody the growth mindset we encourage in our students, providing coaching, training, and leadership pathways.
  • Relocation support available for exceptional candidates.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system at the highest level of excellence.
  • Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution.
  • Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
  • Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become exceptional facilitators.
  • Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark.
  • Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions.
