• Develop customer-centered, performance-based content.
• Design content that offers relevant practice and encourages feedback.
• Leverage up-to-date knowledge and skills in content creation.
• Utilize expert resources and feedback to enhance training materials.
• Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targeted outcomes.

• Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and performance-based learning.
• Proficient in the ADDIE process.
• Proficient in developing both Instructor-led and Web-based training using a variety of software tools.
• Proficient in Google Work spaces, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Articulate, Camtasia, and InDesign.
