This role is for Arizona‑certified teachers seeking a remote, innovative teaching experience. Unbound Academy is a fully virtual, tuition‑free charter school that uses AI‑driven platforms to deliver core academics in two concentrated hours per day while students engage in experiential workshops that build life skills and confidence.

• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on life competencies such as creativity, communication, and critical thinking.
• Coaching students individually and in small cohorts to strengthen confidence, autonomy, and executive functioning.
• Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor developmental progress.
• Working alongside fellow educators to design and refine project‑driven learning experiences.
• Cultivating a welcoming, energized environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop.

• Instructing core academic subjects—AI tutors handle that.
• Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining a conventional classroom structure.
• Evaluating assignments or preparing standardized lesson materials.

• Active US teaching certification from any state.
• Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 experience preferred).
• Confident virtual communication skills; comfortable facilitating via video.
• Able to commit to full‑time hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Arizona time).
• Available to start within 2–3 weeks.
• Enthusiastic about working in a technology‑enabled, student‑centered educational environment.

Compensation is $30 USD/hour, roughly $60,000 per year (40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year). Payment is weekly through Crossover. Position is full‑time and requires entering a contractor agreement.
