Weekday mornings | Flexible commitment | 2-4 hours/month

Do you love bringing people together, sparking ideas, and watching someone’s face light up when they see what’s possible? We’re looking for facilitators to lead weekday-morning Vision Board workshops for Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment.

No podiums. No Power Points. Just colorful magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and conversation that matters.

You don’t need to be a professional speaker.

You just need to bring your Creative mind , enjoy people, feel comfortable guiding a group, and have a knack for helping others dream big.

• Lead or co-lead 90 minute Vision Board workshops (M-F mornings)
• Welcome and engage participants of all ages and backgrounds
• Follow a simple, flexible outline - or create your own with our support
• Encourage conversation, confidence, and a few "aha!" moments
• Work closely with Gayla (our founder) and our supportive, fun team

• The satisfaction of helping someone map out their dreams
• A built-in creative community (and possibly snacks!)
• Volunteer hours and great resume cred
• Experience leading groups in a fun, low-pressure environment
