• A passion for solar electricity, energy storage, and other related technologies.
• Good communication skills, and the ability to work with clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Strong mechanical skills, electrical skills, or both. Experience with roofing, conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems are a big plus.
• Ability to get the job done right, safely, and according to codes and standards, while working closely with teammates.
• A valid current driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to consistently show up on time, every workday.
• Desire to learn about solar and energy storage technologies and our specific installation methods.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, work on roofs, in high heat, and other challenging environments.

• Someone who knows themselves, has a good sense of humor, and has a low‑key attitude. Lone wolves and aggressive personalities won’t be a fit here.
• People committed to continued learning and progression to a team lead position.
• People with significant residential solar installation experience and general residential electrical experience.
• People with OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications.
• Holders of the NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification.

• $18‑$25/hour, depending on experience.
