This full‑time Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer position provides experience in a lab environment working with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems to support test, tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.
Responsibilities- Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL).
- Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program.
- Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones.
- Lead a multi‑disciplinary team in an engineering environment.
- Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews.
- Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required.
- Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes.
- Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders.
- Define program requirements in a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Provide training, understand scope, cost, schedule, and delegate tasking as the lead.
- Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of test environment equipment.
- System‑level test setup and operation across development or production environments.
- Experience working across multi‑disciplined groups of engineers.
