You will support the program’s integration and test efforts through test planning, preparation and execution, BOE generation, talent management, and providing SI&T technical input. Interaction across functions and with customer and government labs is frequent. You will also lead the DDG Flight III EMV and HERO test efforts, coordinating directly with customer test leads and government test personnel in Dahlgren, VA.

Travel to Dahlgren is required.

• Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test meets design, specifications, and requirements.
• Collect and analyze data, review data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
• Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; experience with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action, and fault‑tree analysis.
• Create or modify documentation supporting formal testing reviews.
• Support field testing.
• Communicate weekly with customer counterparts to coordinate missile builds and test events.
• Coordinate across engineering functions to support missile builds, test support, and data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant prior experience.
• Experience with missile builds and missile systems.
• Experience directly coordinating with U.S. Government customers and test personnel.
• Experience supporting field tests or systems deployed in the field.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required before start date; U.S. citizenship required.

• Existing TS clearance.
• Knowledge of missile systems and the program.
• Knowledge of the missile build process and BOE/proposal development.
• Experience managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and the customer community.

• Salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD (depending on experience).
