What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and improve system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
• Perform requirements flow‑down / allocation and traceability, and develop the Requirements Verification Matrix.
• Support system performance analysis, test equipment, and Integration and Test.
• Utilize enabling technologies such as Cameo Model‑Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management.
• Facilitate technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts across multiple engineering disciplines to identify and formulate plans of action, trades, or analysis.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering.
• Experience on Missile Programs.
• Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering and associated tools.
• Active and transferrable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to perform trade studies to optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with military systems, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and DoD customer infrastructure experience.
• Understanding of the Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.
• Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management.
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on working effectively with Software and GNC teams.
