Position: Structural Steel Draftsman / Detailer

They are seeking Structural Steel Draftsman / Detailer to assist in both new design and expansion of existing systems. Structural Steel Draftsman / Detailer duties and responsibilities:
  • Study rough sketches and decipher specifications provided by Engineering.
  • Prepare precise drawings according to scale.
  • Incorporate all details into the drawings.
  • Prepare drawings according to relevant standards and terms.
  • Organize and store all drawings systematically.
  • Utilize Solid Works and AutoCAD skills effectively.
  • Understand rough sketches and translate them into detailed drawings.
  • Maintain good observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Have reasonable knowledge of construction, design principles, and steel shapes.
  • Submit work on time and meet deadlines.
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to different drawing requirements.
  • Work well within a team environment.
    • Education and qualifications:
    • 3 to 5 years of experience using Solid Works or AutoCAD.
