Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Arizona registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or ability to obtain the same through reciprocity), and at least twenty (20) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development. They must also have a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff.

• Site assessment and ability to perform engineering design studies
• Preparation/processing of all related improvement plans in support of private land development projects
• Ability to perform constructability reviews and site construction conformance evaluations
• Experience in construction support services
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience

• Business and management principles associated with strategic planning
• Resource allocation

• Thorough understanding of jurisdictional processing
