Job Details

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring procedures and processes are followed to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.

Lead high-impact projects that contribute to the strengthening of the nation's infrastructure, including the construction and maintenance of bridges, silos, steel tanks, and more.

Utilize your strong understanding of polymer systems and composites to drive innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the wellbeing of all staff and compliance with industry regulations.

Travel extensively (75%+) nationwide to oversee project execution and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site management role within the manufacturing / Construction industry.

Proven experience in managing high-impact projects related to the nation's infrastructure, such as bridges, silos, steel tanks, etc.

Strong understanding of polymer systems, composites, and their application in the manufacturing process.

Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.

Ability to travel 75%+ nationwide.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
