RTX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of advanced technology efforts within the Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) organization. This role will contribute to successful execution Contract Research and Development (CRAD) programs by coordinating program activities, supporting planning and reporting, and ensuring alignment with defined technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and security partners to drive disciplined program execution. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona.

• Support the execution programs by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop, maintain, and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource needs in alignment with established objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in risk and opportunity management activities, including identification, documentation, and tracking of mitigation actions.
• Prepare and deliver program metrics, presentations, and status updates for monthly reports and internal reviews.
• Ensure adherence to RTX program management processes, policies, and applicable contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with peer program teams across the portfolio to support resource planning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting IRAD and/or CRAD efforts, including planning, execution tracking, or reporting.
• Experience with program lifecycle management, including cost, schedule, and technical baseline development.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
