What You Will Do Ensure manufacturing processes and product builds comply with Quality and Engineering requirements.

Drive problem-solving projects and challenge the status quo through root cause and corrective action investigations.

Provide analysis and recommendations for corrective actions on nonconformities and design problems.

Lead and drive alignment with quality and manufacturing engineers, program engineers, engineering management, operations, and shop floor personnel.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality, efficiency, and cost.

Ensure projects and process control documentation comply with requirements, objectives, and contracts.

Collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers in a team environment.

Read, write, and understand work instructions.

Provide audit support.

Utilize APQP methodology to manage the quality-production process.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of engineering experience, including quality engineering or manufacturing engineering.

Experience interpreting technical drawings.

Experience using root cause and corrective action tools.

Previous experience using quality tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, cause/effect diagrams, process mapping).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
