Pay or shift range: $15.25 to $16.39 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Pay Range: $14.62 - $15.91 / hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign‑ups, answering phones, point‑of‑sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Required

• CPR, First Aid, AED Training, and Food Handler Certification (if applicable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone
• Excellent team‑based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Physical requirements:
  • Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
  • Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
  • Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
  • Standing for long periods
  • Computer operations
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Preferred

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer Service experience
