Role DescriptionMicro Care is seeking a full‑time Financial Coordinator for an on‑site position located in Tucson, AZ. The Financial Coordinator will manage and oversee financial activities, including loan servicing, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications- Strong financial skills including Finance, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Budgeting, and Analytical Skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Tucson, AZ
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Quickbooks Certification Preferred
- Experience in the civic and social organizational sector is a plus
