Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Associate Advisor to support a high-performing Tucson, AZ office while contributing to broader regional advisory needs. This role is ideal for an emerging advisor who is hungry, humble, and smart—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to continuous learning, and is pursuing a long-term career path in wealth management. The Associate Advisor will support client meetings, build and update financial plans, assist with 401(k) engagement, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across the region.

A major highlight of this role is the opportunity to work directly with a successful Partner Advisor who built and grew their own firm, offering hands‑on mentorship and real exposure to future client ownership. Reporting to the Regional Director, this position provides a well‑defined pathway to becoming a Financial Advisor, supported by robust education benefits, full coverage of licensing and certification expenses, and a clear succession opportunity within the Tucson office.

Responsibilities
  • Support client meetings through preparation, planning updates, analysis, and follow‑through.
  • Build and update financial plans and assist with plan implementation and coordination with internal teams.
  • Participate in 401(k) enrollment meetings and support Tucson’s business‑owner and high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Collaborate with regional Associate Advisors and the central Financial Planning team during peak workloads.
  • Engage in mentorship, training, and ongoing development while pursuing required licenses and designations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • At least a year of financial planning, wealth management, banking, or related experience (or strong internship background).
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Money Guide), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting client‑facing work with strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and eager to pursue the CFP® and long‑term growth into an Advisor role.
  • Hungry, humble, and smart—career‑driven, coachable, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Thrives in a client‑centric, fast‑paced environment with high expectations and high reward.
  • Strong communicator with emerging executive presence and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Organized, accurate, and dependable, with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
  • Motivated to grow into an Advisor role with long‑term succession potential in the Tucson office.
