Client Care Specialist (Branch Teller)

As a Client Care Specialist you will provide high‑level client service, process transactions, and support banking operations while maintaining compliance and promoting cross‑selling opportunities.
Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process transactions, respond to client inquiries or requests with resourceful, client‑centric communication, focusing on assisting, researching, and resolving inquiries with professionalism, precision, and care.
- Accept ownership of issues through resolution of all client inquiries in person or via telephone, email, and written correspondence, and follow up as needed; respond to clients based on urgency of time‑critical situations and escalated issues to engage appropriate internal resources in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed service‑level standards, including customer service, turnaround time, cross‑selling goals, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency; adhere to client verification procedures to validate or verify the identity of clients before releasing information or assisting with transactions.
- Provide support ranging from general navigation to in‑depth technical interfaces.
- 1+ years of related experience in customer service, branch banking operations, treasury management service, or a similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Entry‑level knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management, and other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry‑level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience working in a call center or cash handling preferred.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
