RTX is seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls to lead Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and compliance across programs. You will train teams, drive EVM maturity, and collaborate with the EVM community, Finance, and external customers.
You will mentor CAMs and PMs, apply EVMS policies, and ensure effective EVM reporting (IPMR/IPMDAR). Some travel and a U.S. government clearance are required.
