- Provides Services:
Provides guests with various professional hair services, must perform a minimum of Hair Cuts, Blow Dry, Updo and Wedding Hair services. Maintains knowledge of current hair service techniques and styles. Maintains up to date knowledge of all beauty treatments offered including the benefits and contraindications. - Guest Education and Sales:
Educates guests about individual Hair Care needs and maintains retail sales quotas according to Salon Retail Policy. - Work Station Maintenance:
Maintains a clean, stocked and organized work station consistent with Canyon Ranch and State Board standards. - Communication:
Is prompt and communicates frequently with Beauty Service Assistants to stay informed of cancellations and rescheduled services. Communicates regularly with Beauty Services Management and submits all paperwork in a timely manner. Notifies Spa Management of any problems or potential hazards, safety concerns or related issues surrounding guest safety.
Schedule (Days & Hours worked): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Salon open from 9AM - 5PM
Qualifications- Arizona State Cosmetology Licence or similar beauty license. Must have completed professional cosmetologist education by accredited school and complete continued education as required by Cosmetology Board.
- Minimum preferred associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
