Responsible for performing massage services in the manner trained by the Spa. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement and maintenance of Omni standards and profit maximization.

• WEEKEND availability a must.
• Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
• Perform all guest activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude when working with management and fellow associates in all Omni departments.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward co-workers and the job being performed.
• Report to work on time in a properly cleaned and pressed uniform; hygiene is key due to close proximity to clients.
• Adhere to a professional relationship with clients; discussion of internal matters is not permitted.
• Provide consistent professional services in accordance with spa protocols.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Properly care for equipment and tools; use appropriate amounts of product to help cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge of all massage services and products; educate and train guests.
• Communicate to management any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention.
• Actively promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail, programs, promotions and discounts.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Perform all services for which training has been received, without personal interpretation of treatments.
• Promote and sell retail products.
• Keep work area neat and clean; personal items should not be visible.
• Stock supplies for a full day of operation.
• Clean equipment and common areas after performing services.
• Use authority within guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inform managers of ways to improve spa operations, experience, and guest comfort.
• Assist other departments when available.
• Attend all training sessions and learn new techniques.
• Attend Omni required training classes.
• Maintain current certifications/licenses and ensure they do not expire; expired license may result in removal from the schedule.
• Perform any reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Report maintenance problems in the spa to the proper authority.
• Stay current with new treatments and products in the industry.
• Promote self and other Spa, Hotel, and Club affiliates and services.
• Maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all times.
• Agree to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines.

• WEEKEND availability a must.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be a certified and licensed Massage Therapist.
• Must be able to deal with people in a professional manner under pressure.
• Must have previous experience as a massage Therapist.
