Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool position, requiring flexibility to float between multiple departments and facilities as needed.

The MS/Telemetry RN provides high-quality patient care by applying critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients

Monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory observation

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Delegate patient care tasks based on staff skill level and experience

Supervise and support ancillary staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Float between departments and up to four local facilities, adapting quickly to patient and unit needs

Active AZ or Compact RN License

BLS & ACLS certification (AHA required)

2+ years of RN experience (must include Telemetry)

Prior float pool experience preferred

Ability to manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio

Weekly direct deposit

RN-owned, caregiver-first agency
