RN House Supervisor - Nights

Position Summary

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patient needs, and provides nursing care. Plans and organizes training for unit staff and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification is not acceptable)
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
