Overnight Caregiver and 8hr + Daytime Shifts

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Person-centered care:
  Individualized care, respect and dignity, and holistic focus
• Personal Care:
  Activities of daily living , hygiene, toileting and incontinence care assistance
• Meal Preparation:
  Grocery shopping, planning nutritious meals, cooking and preparing meals
• Light Housekeeping Task:
  Cleaning, dusting, organizing, laundry, safety checks
• Companionship:
  Providing emotional and social support
• Transportation Services:
  Safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments, errands and shopping
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support:
  Understanding the stages of the disease process, focusing on person-centered care, preventing and easing behaviors
• End-Of
  - Life Support:
  Focusing on the dignity and quality of life for our clients, emotional and spiritual support for both client and family
• Enhanced Care Services:
  Medication reminders, mechanical lift responsibilities, transfer assistance, managing chronic conditions with coordination alongside of healthcare professionals

Requirements To Be a Care Professional

• Ability to deliver exceptional care for our clients and their property, maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect
• Complete a criminal background check, 39-Month Driving Record Check, and Drug Screen
• Obtain a Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Valid Auto Insurance
• Required to have reliable personal vehicle in good working order, with air conditioning that is fully operational
• Demonstrates ability to engage with clients in a manner that is both friendly and professional.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication in English to ensure accurate documentation and effective communication
• Must be able to lift and safely carry at least 50 pounds
• Must utilize their mobile device to record time entries, document and read care plans
• Are at least 21 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or a GED
