A massage therapist is responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process.

Part-Time and On-Call positions are available with the future potential to advance into a Full-Time position.

Must possess a current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License to be considered for the position. If you are relocating from another state, please note that in your application; we may be willing to financially reimburse the ideal candidate new to Arizona licensure for their license transfer fees.

The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following:

• Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications
• Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment
• Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Organizational skills
• High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness
• Availability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays is required
