As a BHT at Sonora, you will participate in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans by:

* Providing care, close supervision, and accurate documentation of patient behavior

* Maintaining a safety first environment

* Developing positive relationships with patients and co-workers

* Following facility policies and procedures and providing crisis intervention as necessary

* Actively participating in treatment teams

* Acting as a role model using appropriate de-escalation skills, active listening skills, appropriate tone and voice volume, providing a variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining proper boundaries, and promoting positive peer culture
