Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Pharmacist!- Role Overview: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacist responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Physicians on drug selection and dosing
- Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians about medications
- Participate in Medication Safety initiatives
- Maintain and assess patient profiles
- Manage and report adverse drug reactions effectively
- Mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements
- Ensure narcotic accountability
- Work Schedule:
- Orientation/Training begins by 11/26/25, with a flexible schedule
- Shift hours: 20:00 - 07:00
- Starting 12/26/25: 7 shifts on / 7 shifts off rotation
- Shift days:
Wednesday to Tuesday
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience in a High Acuity Acute Care Setting
- Experience in NICU and Cardiac Cases (e.g., Impella/ECMO) is required
