Join Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism as a Behavior Analyst in Training. This role is ideal for Masters level students seeking to accrue supervision hours and become a BCBA.

• Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr, based on experience and supervision hour completion.
• Guaranteed hours: 32 – 40 hours per week, regardless of patient cancellations.
• Potential wage increases every 6 months.
• Guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing.

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team members dedicated to ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule for BACB study modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.

• Current BT or RBT accruing supervision hours.
• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program in Behavior Analysis.
• Passion for helping children and commitment to excellence.
