Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

• Assent-Based, Ethical ABA – Learn to deliver ABA through a compassionate, assent-based lens using Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment methods from day one.
• Clinical Mentorship Built-In – Receive ongoing 1:1 and group mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders, plus access to CEU events and clinical case study reviews.
• Hands-On Experience – Work directly with clients and Behavior Technicians in center-based or in-home settings to build real clinical skill, not just observation hours.
• Path to Promotion – As you grow, so do your opportunities. High-performing trainees are prioritized for BCBA openings and fast-tracked into Consultant and Clinical Leadership pathways.

• Deliver direct ABA therapy and gain experience leading components of programming under BCBA supervision
