1/25 On Hold - Pending Offer Acceptance Northwest Medical Center REQUESTED: start within 2wks of offer acceptance $75 Bill Rate Shift - DAYS- 7a - 7:30p (3x12s) 1 - 12 hour charge shift 2 - 8 hours clinical coach shifts Clinical Coaches are stationed on the Unit. Leadership visibility and presence is important as first level of escalation, to resolve issues that impact safe operations, reinforce and build accountability by providing real time feedback.
Ensures daily readiness. Tasks:
Staff and Patient Rounding Resolve Pyxis Discrepancies (2nd level) Addresses any barriers to room assignment and escalates issues to ED Leadership Addresses any barriers to following staffing plan and escalates issues to ED Leadership Support ED Charge in completing daily productivity mgt sheet Addresses equipment/medical/supply issues impacting care in the ED. Ensures sepsis workflow is followed through. Real time coaching to staff 1 - 8 hour admin shift doing chart review and audits Travelers are required to work 6 weekend shifts in the contract period.
PREFERRED: CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE ON DAY SHIFTS TRAUMA LEVEL III Hospital Must be willing to float Number of beds in your facility: 38 beds Years of experience
