We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Business Relationship Manager who will serve as an ambassador for our distinctive peer-to-peer care philosophy. This role goes beyond traditional relationship building—you'll be educating the senior support community about the transformative power of our model and positioning Seniors Helping Seniors as a valued partner in comprehensive senior care. Your ability to articulate the unique benefits of peer-to-peer care and demonstrate how it fills critical gaps in traditional caregiving will be essential to your success.

• Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources including healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospital discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and other senior service organizations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of community partners and referral sources
• Create strategic partnerships with complementary service providers to build a holistic support network for seniors and their families
• Position Seniors Helping Seniors as the go-to solution for addressing senior isolation, loneliness, and the social determinants of health

• Serve as a passionate advocate and educator about the benefits and outcomes of peer-to-peer caregiving
