- Supervise the Vaquero restaurant and assist in the UU Café as needed.
- Ensure staff works collaboratively to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
- Manage all employment aspects of assigned staff, including interviewing and hiring, orientation and training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, disciplining, and exit coordination.
- Hold daily operational meetings with staff members.
- Oversee and organize special events.

Qualifications- 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Open availability preferred.
