Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Vaquero restaurant and assist in the UU Café as needed.
  • Ensure staff works collaboratively to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
  • Manage all employment aspects of assigned staff, including interviewing and hiring, orientation and training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, disciplining, and exit coordination.
  • Hold daily operational meetings with staff members.
  • Oversee and organize special events.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open availability preferred.
