• Keeps front desk and lobby areas vacuumed and dusted.
• Collect trash from receptacles throughout the community and disposes of them in dumpster.
• Answers the telephone.
• Delivers newspapers to residents' doors.
• Responsible for successful completion of the daily Evening/Night Shift Duty List.

Successful candidate possesses a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and ability to be self‑directed in decision making and emergent situations.
