Canyon Ranch is seeking flexible Hospitality Support Specialists to join our growing team. This unique position is designed for flexible, hospitality-driven professionals who are open to travel and excited to contribute their expertise across multiple roles and departments.

These colleagues will provide operational support at any of our properties-Tucson, Lenox, or Austin (2026)-depending on business needs. Colleagues must submit their availability one quarter in advance, and Canyon Ranch will match schedules with placement opportunities based on business need.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Step into roles across Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Guest Services, including but not limited to:

* Cook, Chef, Server, Host, Food & Beverage Manager

* Guest Services Representative / Front-of-House Support

* Deliver the Canyon Ranch standard of excellence in guest service and hospitality.

* Adapt quickly to new environments, property layouts, and operational teams.

* Provide hands-on support wherever needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

* Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of wellness, teamwork, and service.

Pay: $30 per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or wellness environments.

* Strong adaptability and willingness to work in multiple roles.

* Excellent communication and guest service skills.

* Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in changing environments.

* Ability to travel nationally and commit to multi-week assignments as scheduled.
