A hands‑on and detail‑oriented Stewarding Supervisor who will lead the stewarding team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across all back‑of‑house areas. In this role, you’ll oversee dishwashing operations, manage equipment and supply inventories, and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Your leadership will keep kitchen operations running smoothly, supporting culinary and food & beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead and supervise the stewarding team, assigning tasks and ensuring all responsibilities are covered throughout each shift
• Monitor team performance, providing hands‑on training, coaching, and feedback to maintain consistent service excellence
• Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything meets Loews’ high standards
• Ensure dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment operate efficiently, reporting malfunctions promptly for repair
• Coordinate the cleaning of kitchen areas, storage spaces, and back‑of‑house areas to maintain a spotless and organized environment
• Enforce proper safety procedures and hygiene protocols to prevent accidents and contamination
• Monitor compliance with health department regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring the department is well‑stocked and organized
